DID CHRIST FREE US FROM THE LAW ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE? DO WE STILL NEED TO FOLLOW THE 10 COMMANDMENTS IN THE OLD TESTAMENT?
Disclaimer: The information provided is in no shape or form my own opinion but direct facts from bible scripture. The holy bible does not tell lies like man . I have nothing to gain but providing the truth to people who may have been mislead for years based on traditions or what another man have said. Mat 7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Mat 7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
For a lot of people what your about to read
may seem a shock to you but I’m going to get straight to it. Christ
did not free us from the law,
the ten commandments or the old testament as
Christ himself kept the law. What we are freed from is the
law of sin and death -Romans 8:2). Before Christ came and brought grace we
would have been killed for committing a sin. When Christ brought grace that allowed us a chance to
repent for our sins just as Christ told the woman in John 8:11 Neither do I condemn thee:
go, and sin no more. This is exactly what he was saying to us with grace “
Go and sin no more” You
still have to keep the laws that The Most High gave us or why else would The
NEW TESTAMENT even tell us in
John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as
I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. So if
Christ even kept his father’s commandments and came to do his father’s will why shouldn't we keep the commandments as well? Christ taught us how to please the Father. Christ is not greater than The Most High. So in using grace know that it
doesn't mean that you can continue to
knowingly sin and think you will be forgiving because also in The
NEW TESTAMENT it says in Hebrews 10:26 For
if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth
no more sacrifice for sins and in relation to that verse Proverbs 28:9
He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination. It won’t get any clearer than that. We must understand the scriptures in truth Proverbs 3:5 "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine
own understanding." Whether you want to apply this understanding to your life immediately is up to you, just remember
i told you what they would not.
